Poet Nikki Giovanni comes to Fitzgerald Theater

Nikki Giovanni will be at the Fitzgerald Theater Thursday night as part of the Talking Volumes regional book club.
Giovanni will talk about her just-released collection "Bicycles," which is a companion to her 1997 "Love Poems."
Giovanni will speak with MPR's Kerri Miller. Miller says Giovanni is known to many people as a poet who takes on politics and social justice.
