Commentator considers networking, Minnesota style

Minnesota's state budget is running a deficit largely because of a down economy. For many people, especially the unemployed, weathering the economic storm means networking like crazy. But is all that networking really necessary in Minnesota? Commentator Peter Smith weighs in.
