It is likely this session at the State Capitol that lawmakers will take a look at election reform now that the U.S. Senate recount has been completed.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, who has some ideas on what to change, based on what he learned during the recount process.
