The Bush legacy: keeping us safe?

President George W. Bush said "there can be no debate" about his record of preventing another terrorist attack. The President made his remarks during a speech on his security policies at the U.S. Army War College.

Bush called his two terms in office a time of transformational change, saying "more people live in liberty than at any other time in human history."
