President, U.S. Senate, Congress, and the Minnesota House of Representatives are the major races in the campaign of 2008. This is the first presidential election without an incumbent or sitting vice president involved since 1952.

On Election Day, voters will have the choice of supporting or rejecting a Constitutional Amendment that would fund natural resources and the arts. Phil Krinkie of the Taxpayers League and Paul Austin of Conservation Minnesota join Midday to debate the issue before voters head to the polls.
