St. Paul, Minn. — Beck, whose career launched in 1994 in Los Angeles after his hit song "Loser" was played on the radio, has developed a career that continues to shape and influence music as much today as it did when he began.

Steve Seel met up with Beck back stage at his show at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul on September 30, 2008 to discuss how Beck chooses which producer he works with and how that molds the creative process.
