St. Paul, Minn. — At the doctors office, most people are eager for their doctors to give them a clear diagnosis and a plan for treatment. But nowadays, some patients are asking their doctors not to diagnose certain conditions. And they're citing one main reason: insurance companies.

Our regular medical analyst, Dr. Jon Hallberg, has been dealing with this problem more and more.
