Texas oil tycoon T. Boone Pickens, chairman of BP Capital Management, is out with a new book, "The First Billion is the Hardest." Pickens addresses an audience at the National Press Club. Recently, Pickens has promoted a plan to use natural gas as a way to reduce dependence on foreign oil.
