University of Minnesota to open Confucius Institute
September 18, 2008
The University of Minnesota will open a Confucius Institute on Friday. It will promote the study of Chinese language and culture throughout the state, particularly in K-12 education and in the business community.
Morning Edition host Cathy Wurzer talked with Joan Brzezinski, acting director of the new institute.
