Ramsey County hurries to process hundreds of arrestees

St. Paul, Minn. — The Ramsey County Court is working overtime to process hundreds of people arrested during demonstrations at the Republican National Convention.

In Minnesota, a defendant must be brought before a judge within 36 hours of being arrested.
