Guthrie makes more room for 'Little House on the Prairie'
by Euan Kerr, Minnesota Public RadioSt. Paul, Minn. — The Guthrie Theater is adding extra seats for performances of the "Little House on the Prairie" musical.
The demand for tickets has been so strong the Guthrie is converting an area on the second balcony usually reserved for technicians and production staff. This will allow an additional 12 seats for each show.
The seats will only be available through the daily rush line. They will cost $20 each for matinees and weeknights, and $25 for Fridays and Saturdays.
"The Little House on the Prairie" musical runs through October 9.
