'All the Way with LBJ'

LISTEN

St. Paul, Minn. — As this year's Democratic National Convention kicks off in Denver this week, we revisit the tumultuous 1968 Democratic Convention in Chicago through a radio drama produced by Minnesota Public Radio and The History Theatre.

The program, titled "All the Way with LBJ," recalls the convention as a critical moment for Minnesota native and former Vice President Hubert Humphrey, who was that year's Democratic nominee for president.
