St. Paul, Minn. — Presidential historian Alvin Felzenberg argues that the presidential ratings game that's been in place since 1948 is not as much an evaluation of presidents as it is a reflection of biased evaluators.
Felzenberg fleshes out his argument in his new book, "The Leaders We Deserved (and a Few We Didn't): Rethinking the Presidential Rating Game," and he joins Midday to offer his insight on presidents in American history.
