St. Paul, Minn. — Civil libertarians are urging a judge to dismiss the case against Lori Drew.

Drew allegedly provided false information on a MySpace web page, which prosecutors say led to the suicide of a 13-year-old girl.

The case centers on Drew's alleged violation of MySpace's "terms of service."

Gordon talked with Jennifer Granick of the Electronic Frontier Fund, who says that the precedent could turn millions of Americans into criminals.
