St. Paul, Minn. — Testimony in the trial of Olga Franco got underway in Willmar on Thursday.
Franco is accused of driving a minivan into a school bus and killing four students near Cottonwood, Minn., in February.
Today a prosecution witness said he found Franco pinned under the steering wheel with her foot close to the accelerator. She maintains her boyfriend was driving at the time of the crash.
Minnesota Public Radio's Tim Post was in the Kandiyohi County courthouse Thursday, and he joined "All Things Considered" host Tom Crann to discuss the day's events.
