McCain lays out his plans for education

St. Paul, Minn. — In an address before the NAACP today, presumptive Republican nominee John McCain talked about his plan for education.

McCain spent almost a half hour talking about his plan for education.

Minnesota Public Radio News education reporter Tim Nelson joined "All Things Considered" host Tom Crann today to talk about McCain's education plan.
