St. Paul sirens sound false alarm

St. Paul, Minn. — Tornado sirens that sounded in St. Paul this morning were a false alarm.

The city fire department says workers were testing the emergency system. Usually the tests happen without sounding the sirens, but someone forgot to disconnect that link.
