Indiana and North Carolina primary

Broadcast: Midmorning, 05/06/2008, 9:06 a.m.

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have been all over North Carolina and Indiana for the past two weeks, touting their credentials and attacking each other's positions in advance of each state's primary. Midmorning will take a look out how the vote could turn out in both states, and examine how well the candidates' claims stand up to fact-checking.

Guests

Brendan O'Shaughnessy: reporter for the Indianapolis Star. He joins us by phone from Indianapolis.

Jim Morrill: political writer for the Charlotte Observer.

Michael Dobbs: writes the Fact Checker column for the Washington Post.
