St. Paul, Minn. — Foals are a five-piece dance-rock band who met in their native Oxford. They are currently living in Brighton.

Lead singer Yannis explains the band's approach to making music by saying, "we wanted to make music that was very technical, that wasn't just party music, but at the same time you could dance to it."

Foals' debut album "ANTIDOTE" was released in April, 2008 and the band is currently touring in the states in support of their new release.

Songs performed: "Red Socks Pugie," "Heavy Water," and "Electric Bloom."
