Atmosphere performs in The Current studios

by Mary Lucia, Minnesota Public Radio
April 21, 2008

St. Paul, Minn. — Rapper Slug from Atmosphere thinks that he might be becoming better at promoting records than making records. The new full-length album, "When Life Gives You Lemons..." comes out April 22, 2008 after a plethora of EPs and an internet-only album have released within the past year.

He stopped by The Current to play a couple new songs "bluegrass style" around one microphone. The set up is stripped-down, trading turntables for an acoustic guitar.

Songs played: "Guarantees" and "Not Another Day."
