What should we know about Delta?

St. Paul, Minn. — If the acquisition goes through as airline executives hope, the ubiquitous red tails of Northwest Airlines planes in the Minnesota skies will be replaced with blue-tailed Delta jets.

What do Northwest customers need to know about Delta? MPR's Tom Crann asked that question of Mike Boyd, head of the Boyd Group, an airline industry consultancy firm.
