State lawmakers return Tuesday after long Easter break

State transportation officials say it's still not clear whether they can repair the St. Cloud bridge -- but either way, they'll look at new funding approved by the Legislature to help speed up a replacement.

The Highway 23 bridge over the Mississippi was closed abruptly last week after inspectors found bending in four of its gusset plates.
