Scalia speaks out on torture, presidential power and the letter of the law

St. Paul, Minn. — In a recent, rare interview on the BBC radio program "Law in Action," U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia discussed several issues, including his view of interpreting the Constitution and whether using torture on detainees to get information is against the law.
