Transportation plan plows through Legislature

DFL State Sen. and chair of the Senate Transportation Committee Steve Murphy and Republican Rep. Mary Liz Holberg, who serves on the House Transportation Finance Division, join Midday to discuss the Legislature's transportation plan, which will be voted on later this week.
