Legislature lets voters decide on Legacy Act

A constitutional amendment called the Legacy Act will be on the ballot in November. Tom Landwehr of the Nature Conservancy and Larry Redmond of Minnesota Citizens for the Arts will be in the studio to answer questions about the proposal to raise the sales tax for nature and the arts.
