Minnesota Legislature poised to pass so-called "Legacy Act"

The Minnesota Legislature appears poised to approve a constitutional amendment this week that could provide hundreds of millions of dollars worth of new money to environmental and cultural initiatives in the state. The product of a decade's worth of politicking, the so-called "Legacy Act" could be on this November's ballot for approval by voters.
