Volatile stock market has many worried

Asian markets were up, and European markets are down Wednesday as investors responded to what has been a volatile week so far.

Despite a surprise rate cut by the Federal Reserve, the Dow finished down 128 points Tuesday.

Minnesota Public Radio's chief economics correspondent Chris Farrell answers some questions about the economic situation.
