The UN-sponsored climate change talks kicked off this week, with representatives of 180 nations gathering in Bali to discuss a climate treaty to replace the Kyoto Accord after it expires in 2012. Will the growing sense of urgency over global warming push the international community toward an agreement that all nations can accept?
