St. Paul, Minn. — The Current's Mary Lucia talks to Twin Cities filmmaker Melody Gilbert about her documentary "Urban Explorers: Into the Darkness."
The film follows a number of urban explorers, people who are drawn to the unseen or off-limits parts of human civilization.
Gilbert spent three years following urban explorers around the globe, from the catacombs in Paris to secret government sites in the United States.
Mary Lucia has earned a large fan base with her work as a broadcast personality, writer, actor and voice-over talent.
