St. Paul, Minn. — Minneapolis-based singer-songwriter John Wills says his music is influenced by delta bluesmen, Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, and others; however, he started out his career in a punk band.

He's putting the finishing touches on a new album to be released in January, 2008 called, "Washington." In making the record he enlisted the help from a few of the fine musicians in Ollabelle, who were acquaintances of his when he lived in New York. Songs performed: "A Man Like That," and "I Was Wrong."
