When Minnesotans go to vote on Tuesday, many will see school funding referenda and school board candidates on the ballot. How is Minnesota's K-12 education funding system working?

Scott Croonquist: Executive director of the Association of Metropolitan School Districts.
Mark Buesgens: Minnesota state representative, R-Jordan. Buesgens is a former public school teacher and administrator. He is now academic director of the St. Paul Conservatory for Performing Arts.
