Turning point for the Iraq mission?

St. Paul, Minn. — Reports say President Bush will follow Gen. David Petraeus' recommendations to reduce the U.S. presence in Iraq by 30,000 troops sometime in the spring, if progress continues.

Many congressional Republicans say they're uncomfortable with surge levels continuing through the summer.
