Under water and waiting for relief


As flood waters recede in southeastern Minnesota, counties are going to need money to deal with the damage. Early estimates say nearly 4,000 homes have been affected and access to some flooded towns is still restricted.

Some lawmakers say it may take legislative action to get the kind of resources needed for recovery.
