Dog attack renews dog-ban debate

After the death of 7-year old Zachary King Jr., who was attacked and killed by the family's pit bull, the debate about banning certain breeds of dogs has surfaced again. The city of Minneapolis is looking to revisit a dangerous dog ordinance, but is a ban the answer?
