Ramstad -- a moderate in a partisan world
U.S. Rep. Jim Ramstad, R-Minn. does not fit the profile of an average Republican in Washington.
Ramstad talked about his life as a moderate lawmaker during a speech this week at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute, as part of the "Connecting with Government" series put on by the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance.
