Son Volt performs in the Current studio

St. Paul, Minn. — Son Volt has a new album and it's called The Search. The album originally had twenty two tracks but was pared down to fourteen, however the band plans to release a limited edition of The Search album in the near future, containing all twenty two tracks.

Fresh off their Lollapalooza gig, the band were in town for a performance at the Minnesota Zoo and Jay Farrar stopped by the Current studio for some play time and a conversation with Steve Seel.

Songs performed: "The Picture ," "Underground Dream ," and "Highways & Cigarettes."
