The rise of the Taliban threat in Afghanistan

President Bush and Afghan President Hamid Karzai are wrapping up two days of talks at Camp David. The two leaders have been discussing a renewed Taliban threat in Afghanistan, the booming poppy production, poverty and other issues facing the country.
