Guard family reunited
Most of the 2,600 Minnesota National Guard soldiers who spent an extended tour in Iraq are settling back in at home. As part of our coverage of their deployment, we've been following the Inskeep family.
Jason Inskeep is getting used to life as a civilian again.
Jason was one of the Minnesota National Guard members deployed to Iraq for more than a year. His wife Nicky is also in the Guard, but she's in a different unit and has been home taking care of their 4-year-old daughter, Kirsten.
This week, Jason returned home. MPR's Cathy Wurzer visited the Inskeeps at their Woodbury home to see what it's been like to be reunited.
