Corn hits the catwalk

When it comes to fashion, knit and denim are so last year. These days it's all about corn and bamboo.

St. Paul, Minn. — Clothing companies say the next big trend is environmentally-friendly fabric. People are already sporting koolots made from corn husks and underwear fashioned from bamboo stalks.
