St. Paul, Minn. — State lawmakers return to the Capitol after a long Easter/Passover break. The DFL-controlled House is set to start taking up budget bills this week, bills that are already the target of veto threats by Gov. Tim Pawlenty.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer talks with Minnesota Public Radio Capitol reporter Tom Scheck about how budget negotiations at the Capitol will unfold.
