Three omnibus bills are expected to be taken up in various committees in the Minnesota House Friday. Committees on housing, health care and education will be holding the hearings.
Omnibus bills are typically filled with many proposals, and they can have a big impact. They also highlight some of the behind the scenes intricacies of making laws at the state Capitol.
