Minnesotans may not be able to buy wine in grocery stores. But at least they're allowed to swallow the Shiraz and Chardonnay at wine tastings -- unlike the residents of Utah.

St. Paul, Minn. — For decades, Minnesota grocers have been fighting for the right to sell wine in their stores. And, once again, they've proposed a bill that would make this legal.

Given all the talk about regulating the sale of alcohol, reporter Nikki Tundel decided to look into the liquor laws on the books in other states.
