St. Paul, Minn. — Extending daylight saving time was promoted as a way for the nation to save energy. But some say our extra hours of sunshine are really fueling the golf industry and the companies who make candy.
There's a lot of speculation about how well the country's computer systems will handle this year's move to daylight saving time.
But reporter Nikki Tundel is much more interested in why we practice this whole changing of the clocks ritual in the first place.
