March is a month of Shamrock Shakes and Lent-inspired fish fries. But it's also a time to celebrate scrapbooking, eye donation and frozen food.

St. Paul, Minn. — Holidays offer a glimpse into the kinds of things a society deems noteworthy. In March, Americans will recognize everything from National Craft Month to National Chocolate Chip Cookie Week.
