Arizona governor: Immigration reform is urgent

Gov. Janet Napolitano, D-Ariz., called on Congress to pass immigration reforms Tuesday in a speech at the National Press Club. Napolitano, chair of the National Governors Association, proposed tougher border security, a temporary worker program and more cooperation with Mexico.
