Etiquette classes are all the rage

What's the proper way to spit out food you find too repulsive to swallow? That's just one of the many questions answered in a popular Twin Cities etiquette class.

St. Paul, Minn. — In a competitive business world, social graces are just as important as technical skills. That's that idea that prompted etiquette expert Angelyn Davis to offer a business etiquette class. Davis teaches students everything from the best way to shake hands to what not to order at a business lunch.
