It's still winter in northern Minnesota

MPR Meteorologist Paul Huttner is spending this week at the Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center near Finland, Minnesota.

Paul talks with host Tom Crann twice each afternoon about Minnesota's famous weather and the science behind it.
