Attention Minnesota minors: Now might be your last chance to get that tongue piercing you've been wanting.
St. Paul, Minn. — Body piercing has made its way to the state Capitol. Legislators have offered up a bill that would make it illegal to pierce anyone under the age of 18 unless a parent or guardian is present to give consent.
Reporter Nikki Tundel looked into the proposed legislation, and met up with one Twin Cities piercer who says he's been dreaming of the day he'd see such a law.
