St. Paul, Minn. — State lawmakers are working on President's Day. Tonight, members of the Minnesota House will be discussing a renewable energy bill. On Tuesday Congressman James Oberstar will speak to a joint committee at the Capitol about transportation. Capitol reporter Tom Scheck joins Morning Edition host Cathy Wurzer for a look at the week ahead.
