Legislators revisit the smoking ban debate

The Minnesota Legislature has taken up a bill that would ban smoking in public places across the state, from restaurants to taxi cabs. Midmorning looks at the feasability and the fairness of the proposal, which is similar to a bill introduced in Wisconsin.
